The Appenteng 1001 Story Writing Project is a learning initiative that brings together creative ideas and innovative writing skills from the hardest to reach areas in Ghana and other African countries.
The project aims to facilitate the creation, development, and gathering of 1001 empowering stories from children in African countries.
Together with Seeds of Empowerment and other local organisations, the program conducts story writing workshops for schools partnering with Edify to build their natural potential to become original storytellers.
Through the 1001 story project, children in Edify partner schools are empowered to develop their literacy skills.
